Backwards QTouch SAMD20E14

I'm trying to work with the SAMD20E14 for a capacitive touch (QTouch) project and mostly everything seems to be working fine, except for detecting the real touch events. After connecting to the QTouch analyzer, it appears that the signals are being read in backwards.

Is there any kind of setting for the QTouch application that can reverse the signal direction or detection direction?

QTouch Button Press Test. Signal reads a touch event after releasing from touch.
